Third generation coffee producers Oscar and Francisca Chacon are truly committed to quality and innovation. They were the first to produce honey and natural processed coffees in Costa Rica. Their Las Lajas micromill began producing honey coffees in 2008. The black honey process for coffee is the most difficult to achieve out of all the honey processes and the Chacons do this superbly!!
