Create a smooth and delicious hot chocolate made from specially selected ruby cocoa beans from Brazil, Ecuador and Ivory Coast. It has a captivating pink colour and flavour notes that are fresh, fruity and sour.
Simply stir four heaped dessert spoons or eight teaspoons (40g) into a mug of hot milk.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, acid: citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring, natural beetroot.
Cocoa solids: 47% minimum.
Milk solids: 27% minimum.
