Shipping Policy

When it comes to coffee, here at Quantum Coffee Roasters, all we want is to provide you with the freshest coffee possible.  So, we roast and post your coffee order as soon as we possibly can to get it to you in its most wonderful state!

All other shop items are dispatched next working day.

United Kingdom Shipping

• Orders are all shipped next working day
• Parcels below 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail. Our standard shipping service with Royal Mail is 2nd class post, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order. (This may be longer during any national holidays periods and will be affected by Covid-19 restrictions)

• Parcels over 2kg are shipped via Evri (previously Hermes) or a similar/equivalent courier
• All orders over £45 qualify for FREE DELIVERY
• All subscriptions include FREE DELIVERY
• 'PICK UP' option is available if you're lucky enough to live close to our coffee house in Cardiff Bay. Orders for pick up are usually available to collect next day. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. We have plenty of local customers who prefer popping in to collect their order and save on postage!

International Shipping

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and therefore cannot accept any orders for delivery outside of the UK. We are hoping to expand our geographical range in the future.
