Our coffee shop serves one of the best cold brews in Cardiff and so we thought it was extremely unfair to only serve it in the shop when you can also make your own at home and enjoy it in the garden, patio, yard or quite simply whenever and wherever you want!

So, without further ado, we would like to introduce our signature Cold Brew Coffee, already ground to right grind for you, ready for you to brew at home.

The bag contains 300 g and allows you to brew 3 x 100 g batches of concentrate. You will then be able to make, in total, around 3 litres of cold brew coffee!

THE RECIPE

100 g of Quantum ground Cold Brew Coffee
500 ml cold water (preferably filtered)
something to filter the coffee through. We find the Hario Cold Brew coffee filter in a bottle is lovely and easy to use, but you can also use a Cafetiere/French Press or filter through a Chemex or V60 . If your grabbing a Chemex or V60 from us, make sure you grab some filters

Add a 100 g of our Cold Brew coffee grounds to whichever container you have decided to use, for example a french press. Ensure it will take 1 litre of liquid.

Then add the 500 ml of cold water and ensure you stir so that all the coffee grounds are immersed.

Put it in the fridge for approximately for 24 hours. After this time, pour the cold brew mix through your chosen filter.

Your concentrated cold brew mix is now ready to use by diluting 1 part concentrate to 1 part water.

Serve over ice and enjoy!

(kept in the fridge your cold brew will stay fresh for up to a week)
