Kokoa Collection's Haiti beans are grown by smallholder farmers in a lush tropical climate of Dame Marie on the coast of Haiti, with a central cooperative to ferment the cocoa beans in wooden boxes.

Cocoa paste Haiti, sugar, cocoa butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin*. Minimum cocoa: 75%

Not only did Kokoa Collection's Haitian hot chocolate win Gold at the Academy of Chocolate in 2015, it also received a Gold Star at the Great Taste Awards.
