WELCOME TO QUANTUM COFFEE ROASTERS
We are a family owned roaster & coffee shop from Cardiff which began its journey in 2015 when we started roasting and opened our first coffee shop in the heart of Cardiff Bay.
In 2023 we opened our second shop in the centre of the Welsh capital, right opposite the gates of the majestic Cardiff Castle.

We are true coffee geeks and we love experimenting with all the possibilities coffee has to offer.
The origin and sourcing, the process, the roast, the taste and the different ways to enjoy the final brew are all equally important to us.

We strive to find the balance between flavour, science and sustainability.
We source unique and fun coffees as responsibly as possible, supporting small farmers and communities as well as trying to source from sustainable farms.
By investing in the people behind the coffees we are investing in coffee's healthy future and subsequently helping to protect the planet as well.
WOMEN COFFEE PRODUCERS
A particular pride of ours is our women producers range.
Our relationship with women coffee producers started in 2015 with Peruvian coffee from Café Femenino Cooperative and it has been growing ever since.
Who are we?
We’re Katia and Dimitri and as a couple we share a great passion for all things coffee.
Quantum is a dream realised, a dream we had since we met a lifetime ago.
