Certified by the Soil Association, cocoa for Kokoa Collection's Organic Madagascan hot chocolate is grown in the Sambirano Upper Valley with a natural mix of Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero varieties. Fermentation takes place in tiered wooden boxes, where the beans are regularly turned and carefully dried in the sun.

INGREDIENTS: Cocoa paste Madagascar, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin*. min cocoa: 82%

      

AWARDS: The painstaking process ultimately results in a flavoursome hot chocolate with a low sugar content – that’s probably why our Madagascan hot chocolate won the 2013 Great Taste Award and Bronze at the Academy of Chocolate in 2019.
